NOTICE THE ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PORTAL WILL BE DOWN FROM FEBRUARY 28,2020 TO MARCH 2,2020 FOR UPGRADES
- Effective March 2nd, 2020, Improve Water Association will be launching an all-new online payment portal. All customers will be required to create a NEW online profile. This new self-service portal will allow you to:
- View your bill amount.
- View payment history.
- Make payments to your account.
- Store credit/debit card for faster payment processing.
- Sign up for email/text bill reminders.
- Sign up for Autopay recurring payments.
